CALAPAN CITY, Oriental Mindoro — Region 4B or Mimaropa (Occidental and Oriental Mindoro, Marinduque, Romblon, Palawan) has a shortage of prosecutors, the Regional Prosecutor's Office (RPO) of the Department of Justice (DoJ) said.

At the weekly forum "Kapihan sa Bagong Pilipinas" of the Philippine Information Agency, RPO Officer in Charge (OIC) Allen Ross Rodriguez said that out of the 118 created positions for RPO, only 61 have been filled.
