MANILA, Philippines -- The four local government units (LGUs) in Camanava (Caloocan, Malabon, Navotas and Valenzuela) on Wednesday suspended in-person classes due to inclement weather brought by the southwest monsoon or "habagat."
In Caloocan, Mayor Dave Gonzalo Malapitan announced the suspension of classes in all levels for all public and private schools in the city.
