ILOILO CITY — The highly urbanized city of Iloilo remains the leading Philippine city outside the National Capital Region in the Cities and Municipalities Competitiveness Index Rankings of the Department of Trade and Industry.
In time for its 87th Charter Day celebration, Iloilo City ranked 5th overall this year behind Quezon City, Pasay City, Manila and Muntinlupa.
