ANTIPOLO CITY — Ten people were injured after a public utility jeepney lost its brakes, counterflowed and hit the concrete barriers.
The incident, which occurred on Sunday afternoon, likewise hit seven motorcycles, a car, and several tricycles before crashing into nine concrete barriers.
