GAC Emzoom scores triple win

GAC Motor Philippines is riding high with its Emzoom model, scoring major achievements both locally and internationally. The company, under the leadership of Astara, has unveiled the Emzoom Touring, an upgrade to the popular Emzoom GB, offering customers more style and performance without a price hike. At the same time, the Emzoom has earned the No. 1 spot in the 2024 China Automobile Quality Rankings and secured a prestigious 5-Star Asean NCAP Safety Rating, reinforcing its reputation as a solid choice for consumers.

The Emzoom Touring is a sportier version of the Emzoom GB, featuring an R-Style Body Kit, sleek dual exhaust pipes, and a Touring badge. Despite the enhanced look and added features, GAC is keeping the price at P1.098 million, the same as the current Emzoom GB model.
Under the hood, the Emzoom Touring is powered by a 1.5 TGDI engine, paired with a 7-speed wet dual-clutch transmission, delivering 174 horsepower and 270 Newton-meters of torque. Inside, drivers will enjoy a leather steering wheel, a 10.25-inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, leather seats, rear air-conditioning vents, and a rear USB port. Additional features like cruise control, a rear-view camera, and hill-start hold control are part of the package, offering drivers convenience and safety.
