THE South Korea-funded Panguil Bay Bridge project in Northern Mindanao would be completed and opened to vehicular traffic this year as scheduled, the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) said.
Senior Undersecretary Emil Sadain, officer in charge of the DPWH infrastructure flagship projects under the Build Better More program of the Marcos administration, disclosed over the weekend that the project has an overall accomplishment rate of 97.5 percent.
