ILOILO CITY — A doctor allegedly involved in the illegal practice of medicine and estafa in this city was arrested by the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) last week.
NBI Director Jaime Santiago identified the suspect as Jessyl Salazar-Faderugao who was apprehended on August 20 for administering a glutathione drip.
