CEBU CITY — The city council has enacted City Ordinance 2750 which calls for the installation of underground electrical power lines, telecommunication cables, and television lines throughout Cebu City.
Councilor Jerry Guardo, the ordinance's author, said the measure aims to improve the city's infrastructure resilience and aesthetics.
