(UPDATE) BACOLOD CITY — The management of the Negros Electric and Power Corp. (NEPC) has promised that the Alijis Substation will normalize on Tuesday next week.

Roel Castro, NEPC president and CEO, in a press briefing on Saturday, said the 18-megavolt amperes (MVA) transformer is already being assembled in place at the Alijis Substation for energization.
