THE Philippine National Police (PNP) said Sunday that the arrest and deportation of former Bamban, Tarlac mayor Alice Guo looms given the expected "positive development" in efforts to locate her.
PNP spokesman Col. Jean Fajardo said that their efforts to locate, arrest and bring back Guo and several persons of interest have continued in collaboration with the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI), the Bureau of Immigration (BI) and their foreign counterparts.
