AROUND 300,000 liters of oily waste have been collected in the waters where MT Terranova sank with 1.4 million liters of cargo.
The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) reported on Sunday that according to Harbor Star Shipping Services Inc., the rate of oily waste flow on August 24 was 13,500 liters per hour.
