CEBU CITY — Charges have been filed against three individuals implicated in the August 8 robbery of two jewelry stores in Barangay Ermita, Cebu City.

The three suspects are part of a group of at least eight men who carted away an estimated P14 million worth of jewelry from two establishments, the police said.
