BAGUIO CITY — The city government has given all vehicle owners here one month to have their units checked for smoke emission to avoid penalties.
Mayor Benjamin Magalong said the car owners have until September 22 to have their units checked after which the city government will go after smoke belchers as the city intensifies its campaign to reduce carbon emission.
