HEALTH care advocate Medical Action Group (MAG) has cautioned the government against transferring funds from the Philippine Health Insurance Corp. (PhilHealth) to the national treasury as it might constitute "technical malversation."
MAG's call came as the state health insurer continues to teeter under pressure to transfer P89.9 billion in unused subsidies to the national government to be used for some unprogrammed allocations.
