LEGAZPI CITY — Although he has yet to announce his plans for 2025, Albay Second District Rep. Joey Salceda has named three candidates as his bets for provincial board members through his Facebook post on Friday.
Salceda, who is in his last term as lawmaker, named former city councilor and board member Raul Boreion, incumbent city councilor Carol Ziga of Tabaco City and Arnold Bragais as his bets for board member for the first district of Albay under the Lakas-NUCD political party.
