CAMP ALEJO SANTOS, Bulacan — A total of 157 hogs from Sariaya, Quezon that tested positive for the African swine fever (ASF) were condemned and buried in this province on Wednesday night.

Col. Satur Ediong, acting director of Bulacan Police Provincial Office, said the ASF-infected swines on board two Isuzu trucks with license plates XGD 982 and CBP2071 were intercepted on August 21 at the livestock, poultry and meat product inspection site in Tandang Sora in Quezon City.
