Gay icons

I AM between 60 and death, so naturally, my list of gay icons belong to those of my generation. They include the following:

– Dianna Ross. Twenty years ago, I watched her concert at the old Ultra in Pasig with Ada Loredo, my late co-teacher at Ateneo de Manila University. And what a show it was! She came out with big hair and layered clothes, adorned with white feathers.
