PVAO Field Service Office Pampanga Veterans Assistance Officer Joanna Mariz Manlapaz cited the office's commitment to realize this through three-core areas, including Veterans Welfare and Benefits Administration (VWBA), Veterans Affairs Management (VAM), and Veterans Memorial and Historical Preservation (VMHP).
