THE Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) gave assurances that fugitive evangelist Apollo Quiboloy is still in the Philippines.
DILG Secretary Benhur Abalos gave the assurance after Senate President Francis Escudero chided the Philippine National Police for failing to arrest Quiboloy.
