(UPDATE) ALEX Eala of the Philippines on Wednesday (Manila time) tallied her first win of the US Open qualifiers in a three-set victory to start her Grand Slam campaign.
She defeated Australia's Maddison Inglis in the first qualifying match, 6-3, 2-6, 6-1.
