URBIZTONDO, Pangasinan — Officials of this central Pangasinan town are now considering putting this town under a state of calamity due to the surge of dengue cases since last month.
"We are now studying if there is a need to declare a state of calamity because of the dengue outbreak," said Vice Mayor Volter Balolong on Tuesday.
