The confused Robin Padilla

FOR someone who supports the legalization of divorce, Sen. Robinhood Padilla's position on marital rights appears to be far from progressive.

Firmly formed in his mind is a construct that depicts women as subordinated to men, a view which he later seemingly contradicted and disavowed. At a recent Senate hearing, Padilla appeared to propound a view that men have sexual rights over women.
