THE Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) on Tuesday hailed the Court of Appeals' dismissal of a petition for certiorari filed against the agency by the Multinational Village Homeowners Association Inc. (MVHAI) in July.
MVHAI was headed by Julio Templonuevo and Carmelo Marquez.
