THE Supreme Court has found a lawyer guilty of misconduct under the Code of Professional Responsibility and Accountability (CPRA) sponsoring the trips of Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP)-Central Luzon officers.

A Supreme Court ruling penned by Associate Justice Samuel Gaerlan imposed a fine of P100,000 on Nilo Divina, a member of the IBP-Tarlac Chapter.
