THE Manila Electric Co. (Meralco) said on Tuesday that it has resumed the bidding process for its power supply agreements (PSA) after the Taguig Regional Trial Court (RTC) lifted a temporary restraining order (TRO) it imposed on the power firm, allowing the bidding process to move forward.
The RTC lifted the TRO on Monday night, dismissing the petition for an injunction of Meralco's competitive selection processes (CSPs) for its 600 megawatts (MW) baseload and 400 MW interim supply requirements.
