MANILA, Philippines — A total of 41 local government units (LGUs) suspended face-to-face classes Monday and switched to blended learning because of the smog from Taal Volcano.
The Department of Education said 25 of the LGUs were in Batangas, 11 in Cavite, three in Laguna, and two in Metro Manila — Muntinlupa and Las Piñas cities.
