MANILA, Philippines — Actor Sandro Muhlach filed charges before the Department of Justice (DoJ) on Monday against two independent contractors of GMA Network.
Accompanied by his father, veteran actor Niño Muhlach, Sandro accused Jojo Nones and Richard Cruz of rape through sexual assault.
