I was also raped – Gerard Santos

MANILA, Philippines — Former singer Gerard Santos, who was also a talent of GMA 7, on Monday revealed in a Senate public hearing that he was raped by a former musical director of the television network.

Santos was invited as a resource person at the resumption of the Senate Committee on Public Information and Mass Media inquiry on the policies of TV networks and artist management agencies with regard to complaints of abuse and harassment.
