5 Bicol provinces get 16 DSWD sub-projects

LEGAZPI CITY — The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) 5 (Bicol), through the Kapit-Bisig Laban sa Kahirapan – Comprehensive and Integrated Delivery of Social Services (Kalahi-CIDSS), has turned over 16 sub-projects to five provinces in the region that would benefit 1,379 households.

In an interview on Friday, Ranelle Anne Sertan, DSWD-5 social marketing officer, said they completed the sub-projects worth P7.1 million in the provinces of Catanduanes, Camarines Sur, Sorsogon, Albay, and Masbate.
