THE chairman of the PBA board of governors said the league is "listening to basketball fans" and is, in fact, making major changes for the game such as the four-point shot which will be implemented for Season 49.

"If you listen to what we were saying in this conference and how we have adjusted and how we put in the rules and how the teams have already [adjusted], with the unlimited height of imports in the next conference, and the adjustment of two groups, it is sort of addressing [those issues]," said PBA chairman Ricky Vargas during last Wednesday's PBA Season 49 press conference at the Edsa Shangri-la Hotel.
