Rebisco Clasico: Creamline battles struggling Choco Mucho

The much-awaited sibling rivalry takes place on Saturday as Creamline and sister team Choco Mucho collide in the second round of the Premier Volleyball League (PVL) 2024 Reinforced Conference at the Mall of Asia Arena.
Without key players Jema Galanza, who has duties for Alas Pilipinas, and Tots Carlos and Alyssa Valdez, who are sidelined due to minor injuries, the Cool Smashers managed to record a 4-2 win-loss card in the tournament.
The Flying Titans, on the other hand, struggled without high-flying hitter Sisi Rondina and middle blocker Chery Nunag, who are both playing for the national team as they started the tournament with a 2-4 win-loss slate.

Creamline is currently in fourth place while Choco Mucho is at ninth place.
Only the top eight teams will advance to the knockout phase.
Creamline's import Erica Staunton, Michelle Gumabao and Bernadette Pons, meanwhile, need to raise their game to keep the team in fighting form.
