BACOLOD CITY — Authorities have intercepted a delivery of 15 hogs into Negros Occidental at a coastal town north of the province.
Provincial Veterinarian Dr. Placeda Lemana on Thursday said that a motor boat was caught carrying undocumented pigs for slaughter at a beach in Calatrava town on Tuesday.
