MANILA, Philippines - Vice President Sara Duterte accepted the challenge of former presidential spokesman Harry Roque Jr. to undergo a hair follicle drug test.

Roque's challenge was in reaction to the bill filed by the vice president's brother, Davao City Rep. Paolo Duterte, that mandates all elected and appointed government officials, including the President, to undergo a hair follicle and urine drug test 90 days prior to election day.
