COBRA Energy Drink, in partnership with the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority – National Capital Region (Tesda-NCR) Pamamarisan District Office, presents the 'Tatag sa Pagtupad ng Pangarap Kasama ang Tesda' program.

The initiative aims to support #TeamLakas beneficiaries with long-term livelihood opportunities, particularly the currently underemployed, unemployed and disadvantaged workers who are part of the Tulong Panghanapbuhay sa Ating Disadvantaged/Displaced Workers (Tupad) program of the Department of Labor and Employment (DoLE).
