The initiative aims to support #TeamLakas beneficiaries with long-term livelihood opportunities, particularly the currently underemployed, unemployed and disadvantaged workers who are part of the Tulong Panghanapbuhay sa Ating Disadvantaged/Displaced Workers (Tupad) program of the Department of Labor and Employment (DoLE).
