MANILA, Philippines — The southwest monsoon or habagat will continue to bring rain showers in Luzon and Visayas, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.
Metro Manila, Ilocos Region, Zambales, Batanes and Babuyan Islands will have scattered rain showers and thunderstorms, Pagasa said.
