PH, HK chefs unite for an epicurean dinner

The one-night exclusive event organized by the Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB) brought chefs Vicky Cheng and Margarita Fores, two celebrated industry pillars, for an unforgettable culinary masterpiece experience.

Held at the Penthouse No. 66 of the Grand Hyatt Hotel, the one-night exclusive event treated guests to an array of cocktail drinks, each depicting Hong Kong elements, such as the Avenue of the Stars, inspired by the Victoria Harbour, and the Yum Cha, an ode to chai and cognac served in a tea cup.
