ILOILO CITY — An alliance of transport cooperatives in Western Visayas said President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.'s decision to continue the implementation of the Public Transport Modernization Program (PTMP) did not come as a surprise.
Officials from the Western Visayas Alliance of Transport Cooperatives and Corporations Inc. (WVATCCI) commended the President's decision, emphasizing that it "reflects the principles of majority rule in a democratic government."
