MANILA, Philippines — President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. on Sunday greeted Malaysian Prime Minister Amwar Ibrahim on his 77th birthday.
In a video message posted by the Presidential Communications Office on Facebook, Marcos lauded Ibrahim for helping him "bear the challenges of leadership in the region."
