Praise for PH mental firepower in pushback vs China's bullying

'AND so as an example, what happened was, in these video narratives that we've been seeing coming out of the Philippines and broadcast to the whole world, the Chinese have decided they were going to do the same thing, too. And so they do the videos, but they doctor their videos, and they don't have the same credibility, and so they're saying that the Philippine ship attacked, but if you actually see the video, that's not what it shows, or you can see from the wake of the vessel that the ship is actually backing up, it's not moving forward and um so they've just been humiliated by this pushback from the Philippines and part of this, you know, was when they did this rope-cutting exercise at Scarborough Shoal.
