LIMAY, Bataan — The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) conducted a simulation of the siphoning operations of industrial oil from the sunken MT Terra Nova at the Port of Lamao here on Wednesday to avoid environmental disaster.
Gov. Jose Enrique Garcia III said he and other concerned agencies were briefed on the simulation that will be applied on MT Terra Nova.
