BAGUIO CITY — The Summer Capital has entered into an agreement with Phil-Tower Consortium Inc. for the establishment of a passive telecommunication tower infrastructure to help increase the city's connectivity and improve its telecommunication quality.
The agreement was finalized through a Resolution 460, Series of 2024, passed by the city council confirming the memorandum of understanding (MoU) entered into by the city government.
