(UPDATES) MANILA Mayor Honey Lacuna and former Marikina second district representative Romero Federico Quimbo have joined the Lakas-Christian Muslim Democrats (Lakas-CMD), said the party's president, House Speaker Martin Romualdez.
Lacuna and Quimbo swore their allegiance to the party in separate rites at Romualdez's office at the House of Representatives.
