OKADA Foundation Inc.'s (OFI) President James Lorenzana was among the dignitaries at the recent groundbreaking ceremony of the Philippine Red Cross (PRC) Cavite Chapter's soon to rise headquarters in Imus City, Cavite.
OFI donated P60 million to the PRC for the construction of the building in June.
