Pacquiao salutes Yulo on historic gold

MANILA, Philippines — Legendary boxer Emmanuel 'Manny' Pacquiao on Monday congratulated gymnast Carlos Yulo for his two gold medals at the Olympic Games in Paris, France.

Pacquiao made separate posts celebrating Yulo's golds on his Instagram platform.
