IT's just puzzling why some people are trying to move heaven and earth trying to delay the scheduled bidding for Meralco's 600-megawatt power supply requirements.
While trying to project they are doing it for the sake of public interest, it actually seems they are trying to lobby for a power supplier that could not offer the least cost.
