VALENZUELA City officials led by Mayor Weslie "Wes" Gatchalian opened a newly constructed public elementary school and launched a mobile medical "Eskwelasuhan" caravan.
Gatchalian told The Manila Times via Viber that the opening of the Pio Carreon Elementary School coincided with the city's first day of classes on August 5.
