THAI Mango's story has been woven into the fabric of the community it has been serving since 2017. Starting with mango shakes and a borrowed blender, the Baquiano sisters — chef Kim Baquiano-Hita, Jashmine Baquiano-Rufo, Rosebee Baquiano and Frangela Baquiano-Requeza — has built their dream from the ground up, first capturing hearts at Mercato Centrale and later at BGC High Street. Their journey was filled with challenges, particularly in securing a space in BGC.
