Policeman slain in line of duty honored

CEBU CITY — The Philippine National Police (PNP) paid tribute to SSgt. Orvin Seth Lim Felicio, who was posthumously awarded the Medalya ng Kadakilaan (Medal of Valor) for his heroism.

Felicio died on July 27 after being shot while intervening in a curfew-related altercation in Oakridge, Barangay Banilad in Mandaue City.
