BALIWAG CITY, Bulacan — A total of 5,249 Tesda scholars who successfully completed the Special Training for Employment Program (STEP) received certificates during a mass graduation ceremony in Baliwag Star Arena in Bulacan on Friday, August 2.
Sen. Joel Villanueva graced the event which was also attended by Baliwag City Mayor Ferdie Estrella, Calumpit Mayor Lem Faustino and Guiguinto Mayor Agay Cruz, with James Santos representing the Bulacan provincial government.
